Here's something really strange: cinnamon bark oil applied topically can at times seem to alleviate internal pain caused by bacteria. Many supplements are anti-bacterial when taken internally, but few can get the job down from the outside. It's a a strong oil, so ensure you dilute it in some jojoba oil, or argan oil, or similar skin friendly oil before you rub onto skin. If there's no real need to use it, then don't. No more than a couple of drops of this bark oil at a time, and no more than 3 times a day. Try half a drop on your skin first, to ensure you're not allergic. Be on the look at for a rash to show you're reaching a dose causing an allergic response. Keep away from eyes or sensitive areas of your body, such as your face, groin, nipples or lymph area, it can sting. It's a wonderful essential oil but please approach it responsibly with a great deal of caution and apply it to a safe area of yrou body. Never take internally.
