Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing psychic.gift, owned and operated by The Psychic Club Of Australia Pty Ltd ("the Company"). Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in our psychic certification program.

Enrollment Fees:
1.1 The enrollment fee for our psychic certification program is non-refundable, except as stated in section 2 below.
1.2 By enrolling in the program, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be provided for the enrollment fee under any circumstances.

Exam Retake Fees:
2.1 If an enrolled individual fails either the theory or practical exam, they have the option to re-try the examination process.
2.2 A small administration fee of $40 USD will be charged for each exam retake.
2.3 The re-examination can only be attempted once.
2.4 Passing both exams is necessary to obtain certification.

No Refunds:
3.1 Apart from the exam retake fees outlined in section 2, no refunds will be provided for any fees paid to the Company, including but not limited to the enrollment fee.
3.2 This policy applies regardless of the reason for discontinuing or not completing the psychic certification program.
